Description
CIK is excited to invite you to a new class: Exploring the I Ching ~ an introduction to the Book of Changes
as a tool for guidance and self-exploration.
The I Ching can be consulted for insight around questions you may have on your journey. It is a valuable tool that teaches us how to interpret our day-to-day life experiences, and how these experiences are reflections of our inner state of being. (How the unconscious generates the reality.)
In class you will learn one of many divination techniques to begin to develop a conversation with The Book of Changes as it guides us towards the wisdom and clarity we seek in the unfolding of our lives. In addition, this series also focuses on the history and development of the I Ching and how to use it as a tool for transformation.
When
you consult the Tao Cards/I Ching, you can access information from
a deeper source - without the influence of the mind.
For the class you will need to bring:
- 3 coins of the same denomination (eg. 3 quarters)
- a journal
- a pen
- Your Tao Oracle Deck or another version of the I Ching
If you do not have a copy of the Tao Oracle or the I Ching, there will be many texts for you to use.
Come learn and share in the experience!
