About Kinesiology
Kinesiology at SoHA is a dynamic technique used to access and clear psychological, emotional and spiritual patterning from childhood, ancestry, and DNA lineage in the body, fields, mind and subconscious.
Kinesiology uses muscle testing, the science of subtle energy testing in muscle contraction and uncontraction, as a bio-feedback indicator for determining yes/no responses to questioning concerning stressors in the body/energetic system.
What happens in a kinesiology session?
First you will discuss your session focus with the kinesiologist. All sessions are fully clothed - you will relax on a massage table or in a chair. The parts of the body accessed by the kinesiologist for muscle testing are the ankles, arm (touching the wrist), and the fingers for creating hand mudras. The kinesiologist will use the yes/no answers derived from muscle testing to navigate and confirm the clearing and resolution of limiting belief systems, ancestral patterning, damage in the body's fields, old memories and traumas, and numerous other restrictions existing below the level of normal conscious awareness. Each client has the opportunity to better understand all that arises in the session guided by the kinesiologist. SoHA specializes in transformation of consciousness - the knowledge base of a SoHA Kinesiologist is vast and each has their own specialties and training. Kinesiology at SoHA has the added benefit of practitioners that have worked intensely on their own sub-conscious, lineage, and mental systems. This ultimately provides more clarity, nurturance and depth to all the work.
