Spiritual Training with Bhakhang Tulku Rinpoche
Rinpoche teaches about the true nature of reality. A trained high Lama in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, Rinpoche guides students in a conscious study of their reality. Studying with Rinpoche begins with learning to be present and mindful in order to really see how we are interacting in life. The reactions and non-reactions in life are great trainers in knowing where we are able to witness and where we are continuing to move in our karmic process. We highly recommend Rinpoche as a profound teacher in observing our minds in the creation of our realities.
Bhakhang Tulku Rinpoche was born near Gantok, the capitol of Sikkim, India. At the age of fifteen, after passing an extensive battery of tests, Rinpoche was recognized and confirmed by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama as the 13th incarnation of the Venerable Bhakhang Tulku Rinpoche, the founder and throne holder of the Kanta monastery (destroyed in 1959), one of the three biggest monasteries of Makham region of Kham province (Eastern Tibet).
Currently, Rinpoche is living in Charleston, SC and teaching in his Shiwa Center. Previously, he studied at Deprung Loseling Buddhist Monastery in Mundgod, Southern India.
Rinpoche is the author of a wonderful book of poetry titled Reflection of My Heart.

Cancellations
- 24-hour notice of cancellation for a scheduled appointment is required. If you cancel your appointment without 24 hour notice, you will be charged for the full session.
- There are no third party appointments or appointment transfers. Each client must speak to SoHA Staff to schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.
